At ZeroSlip, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted. A 30-day return window is a common ecommerce standard and can be configured directly in Shopify.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Any item returned in a condition different from that in which it was received

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent by us

In these situations, ZeroSlip will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to this policy after delivery.
