Shipping Coverage

ZeroSlip currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

  • Express UK Delivery (where available): 1–2 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Selected delivery service

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Where free shipping promotions are offered, the relevant terms and conditions will be clearly stated on our website.

Large and Heavy Flooring Products

Many of our products, including rubber flooring rolls, gym flooring, garage flooring, and industrial flooring mats, are large or heavy items.

As a result:

  • Certain products may require specialist courier services.

  • Deliveries may take additional handling time.

  • Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery of large items.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Delays

Although we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Unexpected operational issues

ZeroSlip is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete address details are supplied, delivery delays may occur and additional charges may apply for redelivery.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and affected items.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
