This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed on zeroslipsupplier.com. It applies to our full catalog of products, shipped to customers within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are delivered directly to the customer's specified address.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. There is no minimum spend required to qualify.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, will begin processing the next business day.

4. Handling Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Handling time is:

• Minimum: 0 business days (same-day dispatch for orders placed before the 2:00 PM cut-off)
• Maximum: 1 business day

5. Transit Time

Once dispatched, delivery times to all UK destinations are:

• Minimum: 3 business days
• Maximum: 4 business days

Transit occurs Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Combining handling and transit time, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 3 to 5 business days from the time it is placed (assuming the order is placed before the daily cut-off).

7. Currency

All prices and shipping charges are displayed and processed in GBP (£).

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
